ArtBO, Odeon, Barcu—Latin America at its best!

KVP enjoyed another visit to one of Latin America's leading art fair weeks in Bogota Colombia. Three fairs of mainly contemporary art, interesting trends that included LOTS of works dealing with maps, hand-sewn embroidery/thread work, laser cut and woven materials....politics, violence, story-telling and historical references abound. A city of changes, nonstop growth, chaotic and sexy, yet full of contradiction. Amazing international food and always huge pride in the El Dorado spirit.
